I ordered the sample cards as I wanted to see how my photography worked as a greeting card. I’m very very impressed with the results. Beautiful quality and excellent colour transfer. I will be ordering some more soon.

Good morning,
Thanks for offer of feedback. Unfortunately I was rather disappointed with the the four sample cards. The paper itself is lovely but the image was poor. Pale. Dull. I am going to my local printer where I get my fine art prints made and have my Originals scanned. Can I send you the scanned image to see if there is any improvement in colour? I am serious about having cards printed but want my art to shine through as they are on Originals. I am passionate about vibrant colour and av a lot of shimmery sparkle Media in my paintings. I know you won't be able to print sparkles but I do want the richness and depth to be seen.
Can you email me please to let me know if we can give this another go? I would appreciate you doing this without me spending a second £12 for samples. Is this possible?
By the way I really received great support from Ellie who was very patient and helpful over the phone with prompt email replies.

Response:
Customer chose to have these printed on the Cocoon Recycled board which, as it's uncoated and has a matt finish, will never sparkle.
Customer supplied us with further images (only one of which bore a vague resemblance to those originally supplied) and we printed further sets, free of charge, on both the Luxury Hammer and Trutype boards. We've yet to hear back from the customer.
